350℃ THERMAL RECOVERY  SAFETY VALVE

INTRODUCTION

350℃ thermal recovery safety valve is sealed in all metals and is designed for high temperature thermal recovery  wells. The valve plate is pushed away by pressure through the hydraulic control line when the relief valve reaches  the design depth. The full opening of the relief valve can be maintained by maintaining pressure in the fluid  control line. The relief valve returns to the closed state when removing the pressure. The pressure differential  between the ends of the valve plate can be balanced by the self-balancing device, which ensures that the relief  valve opens smoothly.

FEATURES

◎ Can be used for 1100 meters of well deepness; 

◎ Controlled by hydraulic line pressure; 

◎ Metal to metal valve plate seal; 

◎ The smooth opening of the safety valve is ensured by self-balancing device; 

◎ Dynamic sealing with special high temperature-resistant materials, which ensures long time  working in high temperature environment of 350℃ ;

◎ The material of body is 13Cr stainless steel or high temperature nickel-based alloy 718 which can  meet the strength requirements at 350℃ .
