ACS-2 BUTTON SCREEN

The button screen is directly processed with stepped holes on the base pipe. The reinforced filter  material is used to ensure the effectiveness of sand control while effectively reducing the outside  diameter of the screen. It is suitable for oil and gas wells that have restricted requirements on the  outside diameter of the screen.

APPLICATIONS

◎ Wells with special requirements for the outer diameter size of screen; 

◎ Conventional casing completion, especially for open hole completion, can also be used for  gravel packing sand control operations;  

◎ High temperature and high pressure wells, thermal recovery wells, corrosive oil and gas wells  and the well completed again after the workover.
