CMWS-4 PRECISION COMPOSITE SCREEN

The CMWS-4 precision composite screen is a combination of metal mesh screen and a wirewrapped screen. It is composed of 2 layers of metal filter screens, 2 drainage layers, and 1 layer  of wire-wrapped layers. The dual filtration system has excellent sand control performance and  erosion resistance. It is suitable for harsh environments such as thermal production wells, highyield wells and severe corrosion.

◎ Acid and alkali resistance, high temperature resistance and erosion resistance; 

◎ High strength, strong deformation resistance, 40% deformation in diameter direction, sand  control performance remains unchanged; 

◎ High precision sand control, can provide 60μm~300μm filtration rating range of products.
