Technical summary
Wellbore cleaner is a kind of downhole tool to prevent and remove rock chip beds in drilling operations, directly installed on the drill pipe, become a part of the drill string, in the process of rotary drilling, improve the characteristics of drilling fluid flow field in the low side area of large slope wells, large displacement wells and horizontal wellbores, and "throw" the rock chips to the high side annular and be taken away by the drilling fluid, thereby reducing or eliminating the rock chip bed formed by the accumulation of rock chips. Through the double action of mechanical cutting and swirl disturbance, the chip bed is removed and the formation of new chip bed can be prevented.

How it works
The borehole cleaner is a short drill pipe with a channel that has a cleaning effect that mainly relies on the mechanical effects and disturbance swirl effect of the "clean section" channel to remove the debris bed. The channel spiral structure can dig up the cuttings on the chip bed and transport them upward; At the same time, eddies are formed in the channel, so that cuttings can be sucked into the channel and pushed upwards with the drilling fluid.
